John fixes us a Gin and Tonic that I adore, that you might just like, as it only has a hint of sweet, but mainly tart from a big squeeze of lime. It is a real hot weather drink-very refreshing! I've just tried white truffles with cardamom, i highly recomend them, though they are a bit trickier because of the cream-chocolate proportions. I have lavender in my garden and since I read your recipe I started regarding the flowers as an ingredient for my chocolates... I really love your pictures. What a wonderful job!
