Laura you write so eloquently, it is always a delight to read your posts. And John’s caesar salad looks phenomenal, I have bookmarked it for future dinner parties. What a beautiful retreat in the blue ridge mountains — it seemed like a relaxing, fun filled getaway with the family. Beautiful!

I’ve always been intimidated by the anchovy part of making a Caesar salad – I’m not totally sure why – but this looks delicious enough to be a good reason to conquer my fear of cooking with little fish. Glad to hear you had such a lovely Easter.
