		<description>Laura, thanks for the wonderful story and utterly fantastic photos. I&#039;ve made this recipe scores of times but recently started cooking after a hiatus of some seven years and needed a guide. I found it here, and what a delight it is.

I ground the cumin and coriander fresh and cooked down the onions like a meditation. Those last few minutes are magical, and then the ginger/garlic and spices. My apartment smells fantastic.

About ready to toss in the taters so off to the corner deli for some fresh coriander. Thanks so much.</description>
